After completing his studies in Industrial Engineering & Management, Sjors worked as an entrepreneur in website development for 10 years, serving clients such as banks and insurers. After transferring his business, he chose to work in a permanent position, where he was responsible for hosting thousands of websites and mail addresses. His focus in this role was on ensuring and enhancing the stability and scalability of the hosting platform.
Sjors is well-known for his analytical strength and ability to quickly get to the core of a problem. What he finds most rewarding about his work is ensuring that processes and systems run smoothly.
Outside his role as a Linux Engineer, Sjors is dedicated to the well-being and safety of his colleagues by serving as a prevention officer and emergency response coordinator (bhv'er).
