Marijn wants to investigate things to the smallest detail. This motivated him to study Molecular Life Sciences at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. He continued his studies in medicinal chemistry in Denmark, where he received his doctorate at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense, at the faculty of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy. He worked the development of new potential medicinal leads which prevent protein interactions that lead to disease.
After obtaining his PhD, Marijn started working as a QA/RA Officer at Peercode. He has completed training on the ISO 13485:2016 norm and the MDR. He uses his project management and research skills to assist the QA/RA team at Peercode with the registration of medical devices and supports Peercode’s Quality Management Systems.
